1. The compressor does not move
First confirm whether the cooling button on the lower panel is pressed, then open the distribution box, use the multimeter to measure the resistance between the compressor power lines with reference to the electrical schematic. If there is resistance (actually the resistance of the compressor) and block If the values ​​are not much different, it can be judged that the compressor coil is intact; if the resistance values ​​are very different or not at all, there may be a short circuit or an open circuit of the coil. At the same time, it is also necessary to measure, hook the clamp meter to any one of the three power lines of the compressor, and set the gear position of the clamp meter to the current “500A” position, and set the temperature below the ambient temperature on the controller. The temperature, the machine is running, observe whether the contactor corresponding to the compressor has a suction, if it is not attracted, it may be a button problem. If there is a suction, immediately observe the value on the ammeter, and the current value is gradually decreasing. And drop below the rated current of the compressor. If the current is always large, it may be that the compressor is short of oil, the cylinder cannot be started, and the compressor needs to be replaced.
2. Do not cool down
Firstly, determine whether the cooling button on the panel is pressed. The ambient temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber should be between 5 °C and 28 °C. If the air-cooled condenser is used for a long time, the accumulated dust is too thick, and the condensation is cleaned. The dust on the device can be used (purging with a compressed air qiqi gun).
If there is no such situation, you need to watch the reading of the refrigeration pressure gauge. The static pressure will generally be above 6 kg (or 90 psi, the innermost one of the pressure gauge). If it is lower, there may be leakage of refrigerant, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity. The refrigeration system needs to be repaired.
3. Slow cooling
Determine if the thermal load of the high and low temperature test chamber is too large or the blower does not turn, or if the test sample is piled up too much in the test chamber (normally, it does not exceed one third of the total volume of the test chamber), resulting in the wind not being able to Cycle, temperature fluctuations; then check if the door is not closed, whether there is air leakage, check whether some solid state relays are broken down (such as heating 2 solid state relays, 1 breakdown), causing some heating pipes to heat up To offset part of the cooling capacity, resulting in the illusion of slow cooling, if none of the above conditions, it is considered that the test box is slow or not at all to the required temperature point, and the refrigerant factor should be considered.
